Faithful Finish Lines – Week 1 #faithfulfinishlines

As I began this year with the focus on living a life I absolutely love, I started with one health goal for the month of January … stronger legs.  Then I receive an email accepting me into a health related program for bloggers.  What is this program all about?

January 2015 Goal - Stronger Legs - What's your goal -

Faithful Finish Lines is a 7 week faith and fitness program that helps you with setting goals for healthy eating and fitness. I never start my goals or challenges on the start day, whether I choose that day or I join a group challenge of some sort.  I then give up.  That’s my method of procrastination and failure.  I want to change that.  This program his already in place and I have not done one squat toward my January goal.  Yet, I haven’t given up.  This program is not one that requires a tough first day.  The mentors here ease you into the changes needed for the goal you are reaching.  I like that.

  1. I think it’s really cool that you have a program to work through that will help you keep your focus. I am just like you with procrastination! I always find an excuse not to start. Right now I am working out with my brother and husband. Between the two of them, it’s hard to say no when I don’t feel like going, lol. I also like easing into things. I always “think” I can just make a bunch of changes at once, but then I get overwhelmed and give up everything. I think this program sounds like a great idea… You can do this!

  2. Tami, Do not lose heart! As you said, we are all about grace, and you know yourself and understand that you don’t typically start right away on a new goal. The key is to not give up! We are here to encourage you along the way. 🙂
