This Mom’s Review:
Do you pray for your community? I admit I’ve been a little selfish only praying for my family lately. I do spend time praying for trafficked children, as that is the burden most on my heart. However, I don’t extend my prayers beyond that very often.
After reading Pray A to Z, I am reminded of all the needs in our community that can be met through prayer (and whatever God leads me to do). In the book I was led to pray over different areas of need found in most communities. Each page consisted of a translated piece of Scripture, an area or group of people to pray for, and a prayer to get started.
Also included in the book are praise prayers. Oh how I forget to praise my Heavenly Father for all He is and does. With 130 prayer topics (including the praise prayers), I will be able to pray for my community (and praise God) on a daily basis without need for ideas of what to pray about.
