This Mom’s Review

I really found this book to be a fun anecdote to stressful motherhood. The book cover grabs my attention. Isn’t it adorable! The real-life stories make me feel better about my less-than-perfect ways. The practical tips are just what I need for the moments I can’t think straight. Anyone frazzled and foggy headed like me? The Bible verses and insights are the best of all. Who wants advice that is loaded with worldly garbage?!? Not this momma.

This book offers encouragement and practical tips in the areas I need them most: attitude, time management, hidden wounds, guilt, forgiveness (or lack of), confidence, courage, emotions, worry and perseverance.

There’s even a chapter that reassures me I’m not crazy (despite my daughter’s name calling).

My favorite section is titled “The Overachievers Get-Over-It Creed.” I dare you to grab a copy and read it. You will enjoy motherhood so much more for it.

Affiliate links included.  Thanks to Deborah M. Coty’s team for the courtesy copy.

Looks like an amazing book for mamas. I hope to finish the book I’m currently working on this weekend. I took the stress test, and apparently I’m stressed. *sigh* Relaxing with a good book sounds like just the anecdote.
