Breakfast Favorite

 

Yup, my healthy choice for breakfast is scrambled eggs.

I love Fruit Loops.  I love syrupy pancakes.  I love lots of sweet choices for breakfast, but when I’m trying to eat healthy (NOW), I try to get in some scrambled eggs and/or oatmeal.  My mornings do not always turn out the way I plan, so I don’t always get to eat breakfast.  If I miss out on making my own healthy breakfast, I grab a glass of a diet shake mix {$10 off your first order} to go or drink it at my desk at work.  It’s peanut butter cup. Yum!

    Yum! I may make scrambled eggs for breakfast now. I love them with cheese.

    I never thought that I would use Protein Shakes for Breakfast, but now I do.And they’re yummy and get me going. I am passionate about “Defining my Prime”. Just realized yesterday that I had reached my Prime Weight 150lb.I haven’t been that weight for some 30 years. And all I did was to change some habits and use some excellent Balancing supplements. Never skipped a meal:) Well done Tamara and thank you for this post.. Looks like we’re on a similar journey.

    I love eggs, I buy them 60 or 90 pcs at a time. Yummy!
    When I’m lazy, I make my scramble in the microwave oven. Takes about 40 seconds.

    Scrambled eggs are almost a daily thing around here. They are super easy to make, and quick. I have three kids and I am so tired in the morning. I need something that is healthy and will be quick to make.

    For myself however, I love protein shakes and smoothies. Yum!

    I remember Fruit Loops! It was a cereal we were allowed to eat only on occasion… it really brings back memories!

    I like to eat oatmeal for breakfast, loaded with raisins and cinnamon and honey 🙂 Eating healthier is a priority today!

    my breakfast choice is a large mug of milky coffee – no water, just milk… perfect morning “food” 🙂
