Book Review:
I love books based in the 1800s! The two main characters kept me intrigued and guessing what they’re next move would be. Would they make the same decisions I wanted them to make? (Unfortunately, one of the characters didn’t make the choice that I thought was best for her.) Would they end up where they thought they’d plan to be, or would they end up in the worst possible scenario for the remainder of their lives? I didn’t know where I was going to find Dora and Lottie when I turned to the next page.
Other than the one choice I didn’t see fitting, I enjoyed the excitement and anticipation I received from reading this book.
