40 Days to a Joyful Motherhood: Devotions and Coloring Book to Nourish Mom

The synonym of delight is joy.  I often don’t reflect the joy a Christian should have. Yet, I want to be that joyous person who leads others, especially my children, to Christ. While the two older kiddos have accepted Christ as their Savior, I do have a little guy to raise and share God’s love with.

I am very hurried with all that has to be done. That has resulted in lost moments with God and not slowing down long enough to reflect on life and God’s love. The devotional [see below] I recently received from Litfuse Publishing has helped me to slow down long enough to read God’s Word and reflect on it as I fill in some of the white spaces on the coloring pages included within.

While many of the devotional pieces helped me focus my day and intentions on Christ, I found the devotional about self acceptance and peace to be very helpful to my soul. I am looking forward to picking up a few more copies for some friends who would benefit from both the devotions and coloring pages.

Most of the translations are not King James Version, so I used my Bible alongside the devotions.  (I prefer to do that anyway to ensure I am truly reading from God’s Word.)
