As a Bible believer, it’s important to know all about Jesus. He is the one and only way to salvation. As I was reading through the short 40 day book below, Jesus’ life and message to the world was refreshed within my mind.

I started out reading Candle Day by Day Walk with Jesus, at least for the first 4-5 days. Then I stopped and started over. As an intentional momma, I saw a great way to share Jesus to my little one. The book shares who Jesus is and just why he’s so special. Oh, he is for sure!! Plus there are some beautiful illustrations for each story.
This is a 40 day walk through of Jesus’ life. Each story is one very small page, so it doesn’t take more than a minute or two to read it. While the Scripture verses are in various translations, I opened my KJV Bible to the referenced Scripture and read it. There is also a question or statement prompting the reader (you and me) to really think about that particular moment in Jesus’ life. While that part doesn’t always work well to share with the little one, it was great for this momma to reflect a little. Simply being able to share the short story and my own commentary to my little one was a great way to sneak in some snuggle time.
This will make a great gift for the adults readers in my life.
